For the client who wants the thinking, not the doing. We come in and read the room — how the light moves through it, how it's laid out, who's actually going to live in it — then hand you a clear creative direction to run with yourself. It's a considered, decided plan for the space, built specifically for it rather than picked off a shelf.

Everything in Direction, taken further — we don't just decide the room, we go and find it. Every piece is sourced and chosen specifically, and you get access to the dealers, artists and makers we've worked with for years. We stay on hand as it comes together, refining selections along the way until the whole thing sits right as one home, not a set of good rooms.

From $3,500 + 25% procurement & sourcing
Everything in Curation, and we carry it the whole way — room to room, first idea to final object placed. We hold the creative direction throughout, keep sourcing and curating as the house comes together, and spend a full day on site placing everything ourselves. It's the most personal way we work, and the only one where you hand over the house and get it back finished.

Not every project needs a full tier. Some of these sit alongside one — an add-on to Direction, Curation or Residence — and others work perfectly well on their own, no tier required. Pick whatever fits.

Pieces sourced and purchased through the studio attract a 25% procurement and sourcing fee, covering research, dealer and supplier liaison, selection and coordination. A minimum fee may apply depending on project scope.
